Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Person to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Internal Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key customers, managing a live portfolio of current customers, and proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face-to-face in branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
- Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers' orders are completed on time.
- Experience of working in a highly competitive or target-driven customer-focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality).
- Electrical product knowledge is advantageous.
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
- An ability to recognize sales opportunities.
- Great salary + performance-based bonus scheme.
- Contracted to 42.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 and 17:00.

As an Internal Sales Person, you will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow your client portfolio. If you are a sales-minded individual who enjoys talking to clients, loves to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and is organized to ensure weekly/monthly and bi-monthly touch points are scheduled in, we would love to hear from you.
