Job Title: Pipefitter Apprentice

Location: Glasgow - Govan and Scotstoun

Salary: £37,318.00 (additional shift allowance of 33% may be applicable)

* Trade Papers to be provided when submitting application

Job Summary:

As a Pipefitter Apprentice, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing pipework systems in large and small-bore pipework using different materials. You will also use a range of hand tools and mechanical equipment to cut, bend, and weld pipes, as well as install utilities aboard ship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and install pipework systems
* Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to cut, bend, and weld pipes
* Install utilities aboard ship

Requirements:

* Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers
* Current knowledge and experience of pipe manufacture and installation
* Understanding of manufacturing processes
* Clear understanding of SHE, COSHH risks awareness
* Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
