Job Responsibilities:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

\
  • Managing a caseload of complex property disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews and boundary disputes.
  • Representing clients in court and drafting legal documents.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working closely with experienced lawyers to support the diverse client base.
\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of property law, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to draft high-quality legal documents. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
