Job Summary

We're seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team, someone who shares our passion for serving delicious fresh food inspired by the Mediterranean and made with the highest quality ingredients. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for training, inspiring, and developing a happy team, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and staying calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring they meet our high standards
  • Train and mentor junior team members to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
