The Opportunity
Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Accounts department as an apprentice administrator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start your career and work in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and communicate with suppliers
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Liaise with Department Managers to obtain invoice authorizations
- Process daily banking transactions
- Manage incoming post and distribute as necessary
Requirements:
- Confident communication skills, including phone etiquette
- GCSE English Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations
- Teamwork and time management skills
- Attention to detail
About the Role:
- Successful candidate will study NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
