Job Title: Chef Manager

A skilled Chef Manager is required to lead our culinary team at the Northern College, Wentworth Castle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus that exceed customer expectations. You will also oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes, monitor wastage and portion control.

If you have a proven track record of leadership and team management, excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills, and proficiency in food cost management, we would like to hear from you.

As a Chef Manager with BaxterStorey, you will have access to bespoke training and development opportunities, apprenticeships opportunities for all experience levels, and a competitive salary of approximately £15 per hour, 52 weeks a year, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and events.
