Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Development Specialist to join our team. As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, and providing recommendations and quotations.

This role involves working closely with the key insurer to ensure seamless service delivery and addressing any issues promptly. You will also be responsible for conducting site security risk assessments and providing detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong IT skills, and a flexible approach to travel throughout the Northern region.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including company car, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, referral scheme, healthcare package, and pension scheme.
