As a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, Aspion is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join their thriving team in the Nottingham area.
**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive base salary of £27,500 per annum, along with a generous monthly bonus scheme that can reach up to £1,250 per month. Additionally, you will receive 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a mix of sales and account management duties, ensuring both new and existing customers receive outstanding service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely quotations to customers;
- Engaging with lapsed, dormant, and new customers to drive sales, focusing heavily on inbound leads;
- Achieving individual and team sales targets;
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment;
- An analytical mindset, enabling you to understand customer needs and preferences;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
