Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team at E Personnel Recruitment. This role involves ensuring effective health and safety compliance across various sectors, with a focus on embedding a proactive safety culture.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience in maintenance and building repairs. They will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring effective health and safety compliance.
Salary: £84,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective health and safety compliance across various sectors.
- Support the Over 55's and Housing sectors, working with leadership to embed a proactive safety culture.
- Develop and implement health and safety plans, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor health and safety standards, conduct audits, and report on performance to leadership teams.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Chartered Member of IOSH (or working towards).
- Experience managing health and safety in a medium to large organization.
- Experience with safety in maintenance and building repairs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
