Accounts Administration Role

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Johnson Brothers. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to notify them of outstanding invoices and resolve any related queries
  • Allocate cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage own ledgers and customer accounts, dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Support other team members with ad hoc tasks and contribute to the overall success of the finance department
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with customers at all levels
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and achieve targets set
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent desirable
