About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean, and safe environments for all.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting up sporting activities, assisting our front-of-house team, and ensuring a safe and caring environment for our members. If you have experience in a similar role, that's great, but we're also open to applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Prepare facilities for customer use and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist the front-of-house team as needed and provide support to colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of leisure activities and programmes
