Firm: Legal 100 Law Firm

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Salary: £65,000 - £88,000 + Bonus Scheme

About the Role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate with extensive corporate law experience to contribute to their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing a variety of corporate legal matters, including:

  • Private company share and asset purchases
  • Management buy-outs and buy-ins
  • Shareholder and investment agreements
  • Share schemes
  • General corporate governance
  • Company secretarial work
  • Day-to-Day Duties
  • Collaborate with equity directors and junior staff on a range of corporate matters
  • Lead transactions, negotiate deals, and advise clients on share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders' agreements, and more
  • Manage your own client portfolio with full support
