Psychosocial Interventionist

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Psychosocial Interventionist to join our ARMS service at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychosocial interventions to individuals with an At Risk Mental State, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support services.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues. A relevant qualification such as RMN, Dip SW, or BSc OT is essential, along with experience in practicing psychosocial interventions and working with individuals with psychosis. We offer a competitive salary of £41,000-£51,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous relocation package of up to £5,000 for those moving to Dorset.
