About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including agricultural merchants and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and targets
Requirements
  • Strong agricultural B2B background and experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to manage a substantial territory
  • Ability to drive for new business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and its key players
  • Full UK driving licence
