Building Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our building projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join our experienced team and take the next step in their Building Surveying journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Building Surveying activities and be self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess building conditions
  • Prepare and submit reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
