We are Octane Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the automotive industry. Our client, a well-established main dealer site, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Cheshire Oaks.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to secure sales and exceed targets in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.



Key Responsibilities



  • To deal with customers to secure sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
  • To work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive working environment
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest car models, features, and benefits
  • To stay organized and manage time effectively to ensure maximum productivity


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for cars


Benefits


This role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £25,000 and OTE of £55k+, plus a company car.
