Job Title: Oracle HCM Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise function, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product understanding.
  • Lead the delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams, to design, configure, and test Oracle HCM Cloud modules or process areas.
  • Facilitate client-facing meetings and workshops with larger groups of client teams.
  • Develop lasting client relationships and build a network of experience to address client needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
  • Expertise in Core HCM module.
  • Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
  • Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with larger groups of client teams.
  • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test a module or process area.
  • Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre-sales and business development activities.
