About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Eurest. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary and catering teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
