Plumbing Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Instructor to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds and leading full-cost evening courses.

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons in both workshop and classroom settings.
• Support full-time students in developing essential workplace skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication.
• Guide students towards their next steps, whether that's further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of trainers covering various disciplines within the construction and building services sector.
• Contribute to the development of our curriculum and teaching resources.

• Relevant industry experience in plumbing.
• Level 2 or above in Plumbing.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young professionals.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Commitment to professional development and learning new teaching methodologies.

• Salary: £41,395 - £45,655 per annum (dependent on qualifications)
