Clinical Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust team, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments, formulating service users' needs, and delivering psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified Practitioner Psychologist.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Understanding of the needs of people with a diagnosis of personality disorder, mental illness, and/or learning disabilities.
- Ability to communicate sensitive information to the patient, carer, and colleagues in a way that addresses psychological resistance.
- Confident development and support of the involvement of service users and carers in all aspects of the Health and Justice Service.

This role requires a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with complex mental health needs and the ability to work effectively with service users, carers, and colleagues to deliver high-quality psychological interventions.
