We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our client based in Essex. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for following written work instructions and health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow written work instructions to assemble and manufacture products
  • Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols
  • Observe high levels of cleanliness and organization in the workplace
  • Weigh and mix materials, such as hardener and fillers, as required
  • Clean and prepare metal moulds with care, applying release agents and assembling components
  • Follow detailed inspection procedures to ensure quality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial
