Role Overview
GSL Education seeks an English Teacher for a local Secondary School in Gosport. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality English education to students, creating captivating lesson plans and monitoring progress.

About the Role
This position requires a dedicated English Teacher who can adhere to the national curriculum and employ diverse teaching methods to ensure effective learning. As a valued member of the English department, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Faculty to impart fundamental skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving with creativity. Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and deliver English lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and support their learning.
- Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, homework, and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, identifying areas for improvement and success strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification (PGCE, QTS).
- Previous experience teaching English to school students.
- Profound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
