About the Role
  • Lead by example and inspire your colleagues to new heights
  • Develop true rapport with clients through networking and attending events
  • Creatively apply your knowledge to solve specific recruitment challenges
  • Take responsibility for key client relationships and exceed expectations
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £30k to £38k for Senior or £38k to £50k for Principal
  • Up to 40% commission (uncapped) paid monthly, quarterly, and annually
