Job Description:Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial information, planning, performance analysis, and insight to support decision-making processes within the Global Key Accounts organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reviews of monthly performance for Global Key Accounts, Globally supported accounts, and Regional Key Accounts, explaining the main drivers behind variances.
- Support price and contract negotiations, including developing and updating price mechanisms considering the latest costing information and outlooks.
- Assist the GKA with performing profit analyses, contract reviews, rebate analyses, modeling payment term extensions, and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Deliver insightful GKA analysis and reporting and drive actions for Gross Profit forecasting and Gross margin improvement.
- Develop collaborative and influential relationships with key leaders within Global Key Accounts.
- Understand and build partnerships with key contacts across various groups: Corp. Finance and Accounting, Regional Finance and Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Assist and/or lead project teams to translate complex and ambiguous technical ideas into actionable business cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Controlling, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and working capital analysis.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound business acumen, especially in commercial processes and customer interaction.
- Ability to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
