Job Title: Contract Manager

Empire Group Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective FM service to our clients, ensuring professional and proactive management of their property and facilities support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, and best practice in the field of expertise.
  • Service Delivery: Manage and monitor the delivery of services to meet client requirements and standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and innovative service delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage small-scale projects, including budgeting, team management, and risk identification.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial targets, and financial processes, producing timely and accurate reports.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the management of HSE and the maintenance of Authorising Engineer qualifications.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, Authorising Engineer qualifications, and Confined Spaces Authorised Person qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and people management skills, good negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, service delivery, supply chain management, and project management.
