Senior Pricing Strategy Lead, EU Pricing Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Lead to own the Negotiated customer segment of our EU business, a critical growth engine for Amazon Shipping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain regional benchmarking, price positioning, and profit analysis to inform overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision for the spot segment.
  • Support new demand opportunity assessment and pricing strategy development with a focus on recurring rate adjustments.
  • Collaborate with business development and product teams to develop and prioritize product vision and roadmap.
  • Support the global business-level Pricing narrative for your region, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and 3-year planning.
  • Develop and implement new product go-to-market strategies or ownership for in-region launches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience in managing pricing in the logistics industry.
