Main Responsibilities:- Support management and colleagues in delivering excellent customer service
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance basics and principles
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Process and dispatch policy documentation to clients
- Update records and pursue outstanding renewal premiums
- 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
- At least 5 GCSES (Grade C or above)
- Strong IT skills and effective time management
- Ability to work within a team or individually
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Permanent role based in Manchester
- Salary £21,000
