About the Role

As a Store Manager at Costa Coffee, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience and that our store is a welcoming and inviting space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, ensuring that our store meets the highest standards of the Costa Coffee brand
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to share best practices and drive business growth
