P2P Analyst Job Description

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled P2P Analyst to join a student accommodation organisation in Bristol on a three-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process to pay, daily bank reconciliations, processing of process to pay invoices, loading of electronic payments into correct bank accounts, and management of inboxes to review, document and resolve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end process to pay, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
  • Daily bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Processing of process to pay invoices, including verification and approval
  • Loading of electronic payments into correct bank accounts, ensuring seamless payment processing
  • Management of inboxes to review, document and resolve, ensuring prompt response to queries and issues
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Computer-literate, with advanced Excel formulas skills
  • Good communicator, with ability to articulate complex financial concepts
  • Netsuite experience desirable, but not essential
