About the Role:

We're seeking a charismatic and welcoming individual to join our front-of-house team at Junction Cafe & Bistro. As a key part of our service team, you'll be the first face our guests see and the last as they leave, ensuring every visit is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and serve guests with a smile, providing attentive and personalized service.
  2. Be knowledgeable about our menu, making recommendations and guiding guests through their choices.
  3. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  4. Contribute to a positive and friendly team environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing situations.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people.
  2. A team player who's flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
  3. Previous experience is a plus, but we're excited to train the right person and help you grow your skills in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Benefits:
