Head of Morning Cuisine Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Morning Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our morning dishes.

About the Role:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of morning dishes
- Develop and implement new menu ideas
- Train and mentor junior chefs
