Lloyd Recruitment is seeking a seasoned operational leader to join our Contact Centre team as a Finance Sector Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 12-15 call centre agents to achieve exceptional results and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in the finance sector and/or a regulated environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting daily activities to the Contact Centre Manager
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Managing absence and holiday requests/coverage
  • Auditing calls to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team performance

The compensation package includes:

  • A competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum
  • Pension scheme
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
  • Flexible working arrangements with occasional travel to Surrey or London office
