Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
