We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Welfare Expert to join our team at CV Library. As a Residential Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist care and support for children with complex needs.

Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Child Welfare Expert, you will be responsible for carrying out assessments, developing therapeutic plans, and delivering direct work with children and staff. You will also provide training and advice to residential staff on trauma-informed practice and multidisciplinary working.
You will divide your week between working from home and visiting our residential homes, where you will work closely with other Qualified Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Creative Therapists, and Psychotherapists.
Requirements- A Doctorate-level degree in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology
- Full HCPC registration without conditions
- A UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
- A Clear and Enhanced DBS
- Experience working with children and individuals with complex needs
- Good understanding of residential care, trauma-informed practice, and multidisciplinary working
The salary for this role is up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people, we would love to hear from you.
