The company seeks a highly skilled Document Control Administrator to oversee their document management process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Salary Package: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 basic, plus additional benefits including pension and life insurance.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring the individual to spend three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of design engineers in creating and managing documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in document control or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years' tenure.
- Strong knowledge of document control software, such as 4Projects, Viewpoint, or Project Plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
