Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Weekend Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. Your duties will include cleaning and maintenance tasks, hygiene monitoring, and policy compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning of designated areas, including surfaces, floors, equipment, and restrooms. Ensure waste disposal and recycling protocols are followed and restock hygiene supplies.
• Hygiene Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections to ensure hygiene standards are maintained and identify potential risks or hazards.
• Policy and Compliance: Follow and enforce company health and safety policies and ensure compliance with local regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
• Training and Awareness: Provide hygiene training to staff and promote awareness of hygiene practices among employees and visitors.

This is a part-time position working Saturday and Sunday day shift with the potential to work additional days during the week. The estimated salary for this role is £15,000 - £18,000 per year, depending on experience.
