Job Description

Leon Cycle is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts in EU/UK. As the first point of contact for new hires, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with HRD to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for EU/UK
  • Design and manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews
  • Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms and networking events
  • Collaborate with HR Coordinator to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and logins
  • Coordinate and schedule 1:1 meetings and training sessions
  • Provide monthly updates to company leadership on talent acquisition initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with HR department to stay informed on company hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness
  • Support other HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (1-2 years)
  • Professional Human Resources certification preferred
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
