Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and cost-effective solutions to technical issues, adopting safe working practices at all times.
  • Contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and value to the business, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and customer focus.

Technical Requirements

  • Understanding of general telecommunications systems, including AC/DC power systems, rectification and power distribution systems, and tools and safety equipment for fault finding, testing, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) transmission and receiver systems employed in mobile communication equipment, including spectrum allocation, air interface, analogue to digital conversion, modulation techniques, GSM, UMTS, and LTE fundamentals, radio access network and core network architecture, cellular network fundamentals, mobility management, cell planning, and O&M on BTS/RAN + microwave radio experience.
  • Working at heights/climber experience.
  • Experience with main vendor equipment, including Huawei BTS, Ericsson Radio System, Nokia Airscale, and microwave systems primarily Siae.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in telecommunications systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Work will be based in the United Kingdom, with various locations.
  • 6-month rolling contracts.
