Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care and support services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and their families
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years experience in children's residential care with 2 years in supervising and managing staff
  2. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce
  3. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  4. Enhanced DBS checks
