Instrumentation Technician

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to join our team in the UK. This technician will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining electro-mechanical instruments supplied by ATI. Your primary focus will be on ensuring these instruments operate accurately and efficiently.

Your main base will be our Letchworth (UK) Instrument Lab, where you will collaborate with a small team of technicians. However, significant travel to customer facilities across the UK and occasionally in Europe, Middle East, and Africa will be required. You will need to adapt to new environments while maintaining a high standard of written and verbal communication.

An ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in an instrumentation or electronics lab, A level Maths and English, and ONC/apprenticeship or equivalent in instrumentation or electronics. A degree in electronics or metrology qualification/training would be beneficial. We expect our candidates to possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and willing to continuously learn and improve.

Compensation: around £48,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
