Job Title: Property Accountant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our Property Management team at i2i Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of office services. If you have experience in finance roles within property management settings and a solid understanding of client accounting requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Process receipts and assist with banking cash and cheques.
  • Verify creditor invoices and handle invoice and supplier inquiries.
  • Complete weekly payment runs.
  • Generate client statements and ad-hoc reports.
  • Raise and process charges, including tenant and internal invoices.
  • Maintain records for clients, tenants, and creditors.
  • Review and submit VAT returns for clients.
  • Assist with incoming calls and other ad-hoc tasks within the Property Management team.

**Qualifications:**
  • AAT qualified at Level 3 or above, or currently studying towards it; similar qualifications may be considered.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and methods.
  • Proactive and capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
