About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cardiff.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide support and guidance to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
