Vistry Group, a leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes, is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting buyers in the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and improve quality standards.
  • Coordinating and implementing procurement strategies to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as procurement or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 6 GCSEs, grade C or above, including maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
