Job Overview
Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in the Co Down and Greater Belfast areas. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of non-medical services to support clients with daily living tasks
- Assist clients with personal care, household chores, and other activities of daily living
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans
