About the Role

As a Salesforce Account Strategist, you will be responsible for working closely with current and prospective customers to deeply understand their business challenges and goals. You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business objectives and drive growth within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Conduct research and discovery to uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods and tools.
  • Work closely with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
  • Proven ability to turn greenfield territories into a customer base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of the UKI Public Sector.
