Care Home Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of managing and running the care home to support staff members and meet the welfare of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a caring environment that provides residents with a high standard of personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
- Market and promote the home to maintain and increase the reputation of the brand and home within the area.
- Build and increase links within the community through engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain health and safety and fire safety requirements.
- Complete staff supervisions and appraisals to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care.
- Oversee key areas within the home: front of house, catering, and housekeeping.
- Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.
- Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation.
- Leadership qualities, enthusiasm, along with influencing and motivational skills.
- Able to provide cover for absent Managers at other care homes.
