Job Title: Care Home Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff alike?

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all care services maintain the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

As a Care Home Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of compassionate care staff, offering guidance, training, and performance support. You will cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for residents, their families, and the staff members.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure residents' holistic well-being. You will supervise the implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring individualized attention for each resident.

You will uphold compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. You will address and resolve any challenges or concerns within the facility with empathy and effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Leadership & Management)
  • A successful track record in a managerial role within a care setting, with previous experience as a Registered Manager and significant operational and organisational management expertise
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including a proven track record in supervisions, appraisals, budget management, and familiarity with rostering programs
  • A deep understanding of care regulations and best practices, with hands-on experience in leading a service to full compliance and managing CQC inspection processes
