Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Hinkley Point C, Europe's largest civil engineering project.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Technician to provide efficient electrical operation, maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of NNB Generation Company's utility assets.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a maintenance and repair function for the electrical assets for the dewatering network, treatment, and all associated assets serving Hinkley Point C.
  2. Maximise all controllable factors to meet external quality targets.
  3. Ensure good liaison with NNB stakeholders – Site Operations, Environmental, Security, Construction Delivery Leads, Site Engineers, promoting a consistent approach, technical advice, and swift resolution of any identified problems.
  4. Supervise third-party contractor work to ensure compliance with H&S, standards, and good value without risk to quality.
  5. Manage interfaces with other departments, building relationships, and getting fast resolution of any issues.

Salary: The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. 38 Average hours per week – 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or Equivalent.
  • Good process knowledge in water and waste treatment.
  • H&S training and field practice – SSSTS, Confined Spaces.
  • Able to self-manage workload, whilst supervising a team in a highly agile environment, demonstrating exemplary safety and quality standards.
