We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Associate to join our Corporate team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in transaction delivery, client relationship development, and the continued expansion of our practice.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded and dedicated group of transactional and commercial lawyers. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, managing and coordinating transactions from initial instruction through to closing, and maintaining contact with clients post-closing to support their ongoing legal needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
  • Managing and coordinating transactions from initial instruction through to closing
  • Maintaining contact with clients post-closing to support their ongoing legal needs
  • Working alongside your colleagues to further grow and develop our corporate business
  • Providing supervision and training to more junior members of the team
Our Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE experience who is ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress to more senior roles within our firm. You will have a strong commercial flair and acumen, be enthusiastic about intellectually challenging work, and be confident in building enduring relationships with clients.
