About the Role:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of partners to maximize market share and drive exponential revenue growth. This role requires proactive engagement, relationship-building, and extensive travel to meet partners, attend trade shows, and visit key locations. Success is driven by the ability to execute market strategies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute one-year strategic market plans, focusing on partner portfolios and growth initiatives.
• Plan and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational support.
• Monitor partner adherence to buy commitments and forecast accuracy, ensuring proper alignment with demand plans.
• Regularly assess partner performance, ensuring that all processes meet Music Tribe's quality and operational standards.

Requirements:
• Proven ability to develop and execute market and account strategies that align with business growth objectives.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage key accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience in aligning sales and marketing efforts with business goals, driving effective product launches and partner growth.
• Willingness to travel over 70% of the time for face-to-face meetings with partners and HQ visits.
